1.Can we receive the free sampels ?
Yes, on some stock items,we can send immediately.As for shipping charge,if you are new customer for our company,only provide us fedex,dhl or tnt or ups account number for freight collect.If You are our old customer,we can send free samples exclude the certain items.If you want special decoration or printing at package bottles,we can fast making samples in 7days based at reasonable sample charges.

2.Are you factory ? can you export the goods directly ?
Yes. we have exported the goods since 2008. we have cooperated several forwarding agents.

3.What is the trade terms and payment terms?
We can accept FOB &CIF ,C&F . Payment term is T/T , 30% as deposit , 70% before shipping . we will send the picture to you for checking .

4.how about the time of delivery ?
generally , the lead time of MOQ is about 20-35days . different kinds of production with different lead time and your quantity. pls contact us for the detailed information. sometimes , we are busy with orders.

5. How do you control the quality?
We have the proffesional QC department make the 3 times leak test at least, and we have ISO9001-2008, SGS, MSDS , RoSH , REACH certification.

6.How about the refund service?
If there any quality problem on our bottle, please contact us within 5-15 days after you get the goods and take photos firstly and send the photos to us for /confirm/iation, When we confirmed the problem we will change or make up for you1- 3 days.Any man-made damage we cannot change,refund or make up.

7. How do I get fast response of products?

8. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know bottle weight,pump size,cap material&weight,or glass bottle decration method, , printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.

9.How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule for avaiable mold’s products, it will take 5 weeks for us to produce your products.But if we have stocks bottles,we can ship immediately as you wish.

10. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minium order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model,but we can help to do several color for choice. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.

11. Do you have a price catalog?
We are a professional PET bottles manufacturer. All of our PET bottle products are made as in different weight and different artwork or decoration request. We do not have a price catalog.

We can do printing on the bottles according to your requirements, like uv coating, screen silk printing, paper label, hot tamping and etc. About printing Color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color Number if needed.
